Best place around to get frozen yogurt! Tastes great, clean and safe atmosphere. My grandkids love going here.

First time there and i usually go to sweetfrog in stow. I can honestly say the froyo at Lulu's is more rich and creamy.

I love taking my son here. There is a decent selection of flavors, toppers and options. We have always had a good time!

Rude Manager/Owner Jerk. My daughter and friend encountered a man, smoking a cigarette, outside Lulu's this evening. Using the "f" word, he critiqued an admittedly poor parking job, which she fixed. It turns out he is the owner. He continued to harass the girls inside the store, using foul language and insisting they were high. He complained about having to clean up after them as they added sprinkles. My daughter asked him why he was being so mean. He said he was going to call police- that they were clearly high. She called me, brought her friend home, came home immediately. Not high. Website says, "We believe in family friendly business principles, led by family and led by example." Clearly John didn't get the memo. Harassing high school girls is not acceptable.

Really good frozen yogurt and changes flavors a lot so you get the best fro-yo.

Really nice place I love to go there

Decent variety of flavors, although only one flavor of custard: vanilla. The dark chocolate froyo and orange cream froyo were very good though. And there was a nice variety of toppings that seemed nice and fresh. The staff was really nice as well, and you could get a whole bowl full of dessert in under 6 dollars. Not the cheapest but it's good.

I love bringing my son here, always have a good experience but today I arrived an hour and a half after they had opened and nobody was there. The door was locked and no one answered the phone when I called. There were no notes or anything, I was disappointed. Other than this I've always had great experiences.

My kid's favorite place to go after soccer games! Workers are always super nice.

Kids love this place and the cost is relatively low. Self-Serve yogurt (you add the add-ons).

C'mon people, it's an ice cream joint, what is there really to review? The ice cream (sorry, yogurt) is cold and they have a bunch of flavors and toppings, end of story. Unless they had exclusively poop flavored ice cream and the toppings consisted of stale chex mix and fingernail clippings, then this, and every other ice cream shop (sorry, again...yogurt) should get 5 stars. Though, I'm not too proud to admit that I'd still probably try a sample cup of the poop flavored yogurt.

Very nice managers and staff who keep the place very clean and a great place to bring kids.

The frozen yogurt was just what I wanted for non dairy stomach as mind ,but they also have soft serve also.its By the weight that you pay.,great place in a nice area to hang out and chill

Stopped in for some ice cream and the two employees working never smiled, never greeted us or anyone walking in, and were far from friendly. They almost seemed annoyed that we were in the store. Bad attitudes don't belong in an ice cream shop where I bring my children. Fake it of you must!

Fun make it yourself yogurt place.

They have good frozen yogurt, but recently had a negative experience. Drove there today during business hours. Lights were on, doors were locked.

I'll be honest, I was hesitant at first. The sheer amount of toppings was overwhelming at first, but once you accept that fact, it's a lot of fun. The strawberry froyo was delicious, and the toppings were a good mix between sweet, sour, and savory. Will def be back!

::BOTTOM LINE:: hometown version of Menchie's; self serve is fun and yummy::PRO:: good yogurt, good toppings, nice location on the green, always super fun for kids::CON:: not quite as tasty as high quality ice cream, aesthetic is a little basic
